Su proximidad a ciudades más grandes como Brighton y especialmente a Londres la hacen una ciudad atractiva para vivir un buen verano, pudiendo mezclar perfectamente la tranquilidad de una ciudad pequeña a visitas culturales y de ocio a otras más grandes.
Las habitaciones de la casa eras muy espaciosas y con muchas estanterías y armarios.
